Our Story
Flourish started in 2018 as a small but mighty social media marketing company. Back then, we were managing social accounts for local businesses and teaching marketing classes both in-person and on stage. It was built on friendship, hustle, and a deep love for helping small businesses shine.
But like many great stories, things evolved.
During the pandemic, life shifted—and so did the business. Lisa (that’s me 👋) decided to steer Flourish in a new direction. That’s when everything changed. Enter an incredible VA agency in Venezuela... and Chelsea.
From day one, Chelsea was a force. Still in college earning her engineering degree, she took on every task I threw her way with determination, curiosity, and her signature “I’ll figure it out” attitude. She quickly became my right hand—and eventually, my partner in the company. We became the ultimate duo—me writing and designing the client experience, and Chelsea handling the code and tech.
We built websites. We launched online stores. We helped brands come to life.
Fast forward to today—we’ve created over 30 websites, built thousands of videos, and still manage a handful of amazing social media accounts. We also coach, consult, and teach business owners how to simplify their marketing so they can grow confidently.
Chelsea now lives in the U.S., and we’ve grown again—adding Ashley to our team. She’s a software engineering student and an insanely talented video creator and editor.
